Scarlette Parker is administrator of the Victory World Missions Bible College.  The second class of students will graduate in May 2008.  The college uses the International School of Ministry Curriculum.  The first students graduated in 2007.  She hopes to help other churches begin Bible Colleges of their own.

She became a member of VWM in 2006 and completed the Bible College in 2007.

Additionally Scarlette has been on several home mission trips to Calf Creek Hollow in Inez, Kentucky.  She has collected food, clothing, Sunday School material, Christian books, and Christmas presents for 40 children with the assistance of Nathalie Martin and the Cary, N.C. contributors.  This work continues today.

As an active duty member of the U.S. Air Force she traveled the world for more than 20 years working and visiting many foreign nations; including Hawaii, Korea, Japan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Spain, The Philippines, working in various positions in  public relations for over 14 years, during which time she was the editor of several military base newspapers and command magazines.  The remainder of her active duty time was spent working in the hospital.  Her hospital positions included working in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, emergency room, OB/Gyn clinic and the public affairs office of Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

She retired from the military in 1994 and went to work with a member of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. as a staff assistant.  Some of her duties included reviewing all correspondence for the Members signature, answering the telephone, greeting all visitors from the district and providing personalized tours of the U.S. Capitol.

She returned to her hometown of Southport, N.C. in 1998.  In 2000 God opened the door for her to begin her own business and enabled her to become debt-free of $70,000 in 2005.
